New Zealand to slaughter thousands of cows in attempt to eliminate Mycoplasma bovis bacteria

ABC NEWS: ‘New Zealand plans to slaughter about 150,000 cows as it tries to eradicate a strain of disease-causing bacteria from the national herd.
